Eseosa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wales, UK. A first degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Social Development and Administration both from the University of Lagos.
She possesses over 10 years multivariate HR experience in attraction and recruitment, business partnering, employee engagement, organizational culture audit, change management, process review, performance management, business development and HR Advisor services. Over the years, she has gained substantial multi-industry experience ranging from the capital market, construction, aviation, hospitality and telecommunications industries, both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She previously held HR Managerial positions inPremierInn, UK, Afrijet Airlines and MTN Nigeria.
Having interacted with industry professionals from different cultural and racial backgrounds, Eseosa has been able to develop a global mindset and diverse cultural sensitivity, which are both critical competencies for a truly global HR Professional. Her work experience has also afforded her the opportunity of managing stakeholder expectations from a vast client base. She brings to the organization immense management skills, analytical thinking, business acumen and a wealth of HR experience
